1. ASSESS

Using professional-grade technology, we measure strength, power, mobility, and movement to identify limitations and establish a baseline.

2. ANALYZE

We combine objective data with your goals, sport, and injury history to identify the factors limiting performance.

3. OPTIMIZE

An individualized rehabilitation or performance program is designed to address deficits, improve movement, and maximize results.

4. REASSESS

Every 4 weeks, we retest and reevaluate to measure progress, adjust programming, and ensure continued improvement.

Every athlete works directly 1 on 1 with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

Our gym-based environment allows us to combine hands-on treatment, strength training, and performance development throughout the recovery process.

Comprehensive athlete assessments use VALD and Beyond Power technology to quantify jump height, explosiveness, power output, reactive timing, movement asymmetries, and shoulder strength ratios for throwing and overhead  athletes.

 

By identifying objective performance outputs, we provide athletes with a comprehensive profile of their current abilities.

MEET DR. KYLE JORDAN OLANDT, PT, DPT, MS, CSCS, CAFS

Dr. Kyle Olandt is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength coach, and founder of Prodigy. A former collegiate basketball player, Kyle combines his background in sports performance, orthopedic rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning to help athletes recover, perform, and stay healthy for the long term.
 

He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and holds advanced training in sports rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, and performance optimization.
 

Throughout his career, Kyle has worked with athletes ranging from youth and collegiate competitors to professionals in the NBA, MLB, NFL, and Olympic sports. His approach blends evidence-based rehabilitation with performance training to help clients return stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the demands of sport and life.
